Optimized Team Allocation
Project Managers within SanaClis are allocated between a maximum of 1 or 2 studies in parallel.
SanaClis applies the same principle for all staff assigned to the project, from Senior & Junior CRA's through to Data Management and Pharmacoviligance staff.
Contingency Plans
Contingency back-up PM's and PM Associates are allocated based on the individual project needs.
This approach allows to avoid delays arising from unforeseen events, mitigating project management related risks.
Long-Lasting Relationships
SanaClis PMs and CRAs are highly trained to forecast and mitigate any potential issues. In addition, our diverse team of CRAs are experienced in providing assistance with a broad range of possible difficulties which might arise at a site level.
The CRA's expertise facilitates the study coordination for the sponsor and the site by providing expert support, both proactively and on-demand.
