Agile Partnerships Powering Global Clinical Supply Success

1 minute read

When timelines are tight and operational needs evolve, the ability to act quickly and collaboratively becomes a defining advantage.

SanaClis, a full-service global CRO with integrated clinical supply capabilities, recently partnered with Aphaia Pharma, a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company with a US production partner, to support a strategic change that involved relocating part of the logistics to the European Union,  a change that required careful coordination, regulatory alignment, and rapid execution.

Working across time zones and teams, the partners acted within days to ensure continuity, compliance, and alignment with trial objectives. This swift response minimized disruptions and maintained the momentum.

“Our teams came together quickly to navigate a time-sensitive request, demonstrating what’s possible with the right expertise and mindset,” said Roman Hrynchuk, Chief Operating Officer at SanaClis. “It’s a great example of how we aim to deliver high-impact support when it matters most.”

The collaboration reflects a shared commitment to flexibility, quality, and patient-centric progress and highlights how global partnerships can drive efficient solutions in today’s complex trial environment.
