Svitlana Udubkova

Senior Quality Director - Head of QU

Svitlana Udubkova has over 10 years of experience in international clinical trials. Since joining SanaClis in 2010, she has held various positions with responsibilities including trial start-up, regulatory procedures and sites' contract negotiation, clinical monitoring, site closure and trial archiving. Svitlana currently oversees SanaClis' quality unit work, customers audits and is responsible for the liaison with customers QA in scope of CAPA.

Brian Capella

Senior Director Clinical Supply Chain Management & Country Head US

Brian Capella is responsible for managing our new flagship depot in California, USA. He brings nearly two decades of experience with Amgen Inc., where he held a variety of roles in clinical and commercial manufacturing and supply chain management, including the role of Plant Director for Amgen’s clinical warehouse/depot.

Lyudmila Mikulina

Lyudmila Mikulina has close to the 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and over the last 17 years she has placed a special focus on international clinical trial management and handling of study materials. She constantly delivers practical strategies and excels in optimizing work and increasing efficiency.

Zuzana Becotte

Senior Director Medical Affairs and Pharmacovigilance

Zuzana Becotte has extensive professional experience in international and multicultural environments ranging from scientific through to investigational drug management to marketed product advanced comprehensive life cycle management. Prior to joining SanaClis she held senior positions in Merck KGA, AXON Neuroscience and Novartis Pharma AG.

Martin Kolejak

Sourcing Operations Director

Martin Kolejak is a seasoned clinical sourcing and contracting manager with a demonstrated history of working in the pharmaceuticals industry. In his current role he navigates through projects applying his stellar skills in contract negotiation and execution, RFQ/RFP processes and finance.

Igor Uspenskyi

Data Management Director

As Lead Clinical Data Manager Igor Uspenskyi is responsible for the coordination of all SanaClis Data Management activities and personnel. He ensures the compliance with GCP and local and global regulatory requirements and takes charge of the development and processing of study documentation. Igor spearheads the design and development of eCRFs and is responsible for SDTM mapping.

Communications Director

Lora Bogoeva leads the company’s global communication strategy and helps advance SanaClis’ efforts to catalyze broad impact. She creates digital content and marketing and public relations campaigns, while cultivating business relationships. Prior to joining SanaClis, for over a decade Lora created bespoke summits bringing together influential thought leaders, with a particular focus on the life science industry.

Michal Haviar is a seasoned IT Professional with strong experience in international environments focusing on building IT organizations that create universal, challenging, and new approaches to support business initiatives. He has over 20 years of experience in IT and more than 13 years in IT managerial positions. Michal has a vast experience in project and people management and is dedicated to ensuring that business runs in line with the latest technologies and regulations.
